About Us
Jensen Countryside Home is run by an international family. I am Marjana, a native Slovenian. My husband Ole is from Denmark, our sweet little daughter, Cornelia, is from Ghana and our springer spaniel, Lucy, is from Croatia.
In 2005 we bought an old Slovenian house and began renovating it completely. Updating every piece of it to bring a more modern and comfortable touch to it. We converted, part of the house, into three separate apartments that we rent out all year round.
We enjoy meeting travelers from around the world and helping them enjoy this beautiful country as best we can. My husband and I are both experienced travelers and we know what a difference it makes to stay in pleasant environment, a homey environment, with friendly and positive hosts.
